1. Delivery area

Flotulip currently delivers inside Riyadh only. Store pickup may also be offered when a branch is available at checkout.

2. Delivery fee

The delivery fee and free-delivery threshold are taken from the shop settings in the Flotulip dashboard. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. If your order reaches the free-delivery threshold set in the dashboard, delivery is free.

3. Delivery time

You choose the delivery date and time slot at checkout. Available slots follow the opening hours, closing hours, slot length, and lead time configured in the dashboard. We prepare and dispatch the order for the slot you selected.

4. Same-day orders

Same-day delivery depends on the remaining slots after the dashboard lead time. If no same-day slot is left, the next available date will be shown.

5. Address

Please give a complete Riyadh address, including district, street, and any building or short-address code, so the courier can reach the recipient on time.

6. Delays

Traffic, weather, recipient availability, or events outside our control may affect arrival time. We will contact you if a delay is expected.
