1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use flotulip.com, the Flotulip mobile app, or place a flower or gift order with Flotulip in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our service

Flotulip sells flowers, gifts, and related add-ons. Delivery is currently available inside Riyadh only. Store pickup may be offered when a branch is available. Same-day delivery depends on order time, stock, and the selected delivery slot.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed or when our team confirms the order. Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal and include VAT where stated. We may cancel or contact you if an item is unavailable, an address cannot be delivered, or payment fails.

4. Gift messages and media

Card messages, photos, and video links you add are printed or shared with the recipient as requested. Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. We may refuse content that we cannot print or deliver.

5. Delivery

You are responsible for providing a reachable Riyadh address, short code, or map pin, and a valid recipient mobile number. If address or schedule is not provided, we treat the order as instant delivery and may contact you to confirm the location before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates.

6. Changes and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an address, time, or message. Changes may not be possible after the arrangement is prepared or handed to the courier. Refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Accounts

Keep your login details secure. Information you provide must be accurate. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or repeated failed deliveries.

8. Liability

Fresh flowers are natural products, so colour and bloom may vary slightly. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, weather, or events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order to the extent permitted by Saudi law.
